What is a deep cleaning?

What is End of tenacy Cleaning?

End of tenancy cleaning is a specialist cleaning service that’s designed to completely clean your rental property before you move out. This means that the property is spick & span for the new tenants’ arrival & ensures your security deposit won’t be docked for cleanliness.

As it’s a specialist, deep cleaning service, end of tenancy cleaning is slightly different to regular cleaning.

Cleaning companies usually use a checklist when completing an end of tenancy clean, to ensure that all areas are covered, and your deposit is returned in full.

Here at Housekeep, we use an agency-approved checklist for our end of tenancy cleans. Our standard end of tenancy clean includes:

Dusting and wiping of all surfaces

Deep oven cleaning
Cleaning of the dishwasher and washing machine
Wiping inside and outside of cupboards

I need to cancel my appointment, what should I do?

To cancel your appointment you must notify our team 24 hours in advance, if canceled less than 24 hours you will lose your deposit.

How do I Pay?

When you hire any of our services you will have to pay 50% of the amount agreed between the two parties, on the scheduled date of the work you will have to pay the other 50% of the amount agreed between the two parties.

Is there any guarantee of the service?

All of our services provided are guaranteed, if a revisit is necessary we will do it at no cost.

Are all F&V cleaning professionals trained?

All our professionals, before serving any client, our company provides internal training enabling them so that everyone can provide an excellent job, with quality and guarantee.

Deep cleaning services

Deep Cleaning Services, are a very in-depth cleaning of your entire home. A cleaning team will come to your home and clean every inch of every room of your house. All of the dusting and floor cleaning such as hoovering, and mopping will be done throughout the whole house.

Limescale will be removed from taps in bathrooms and kitchens as well as a thorough bathroom cleaning. Tiles will be wiped down. Everything will be vacuumed, and the cleaners will move your furniture to get every hair and every spec of dust.

A deep clean is ideal if you have been looking for a cleaner for a while. Or simply do not have the time to deal with tasks such as kitchen cleaning. It allows you to wipe the slate clean and start with a freshly cleaned home again.

A lot of cleaning customers do a deep cleaning first and then use our regular domestic cleaning services to maintain a high level of cleanliness going forward. End of tenancy cleaning services

An end of tenacy cleaning is the most thorough cleaning service. It follows a strict cleaning checklist to ensure that every inch of a rented property is cleaned to perfection and ready for handover. Clients can also add additional cleaning services to an end of tenancy clean, like a professional carpet cleaning service, for an even more thorough clean.

Carpet cleaning services
